Returns and exchanges policy

Returns
You have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging . You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase .

Once the return is approved, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions on how to ship the item.
Returns that have not been previously requested will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer will have to bear the cost of transport in case of return without exchange.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.

Changes
The fastest way to manage a change is by contacting us at

Once you place your order for the new size or model, we will send you a free return label so you can send us the product that doesn't fit.
(This applies only to exchanges. For returns without exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.)

If the exchange is made outside the peninsula , the cost of transport for the product to be returned will be borne by the customer .

Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order has been shipped to a country in the European Union , you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days , without needing to provide a reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags and in its original packaging , and you must have the proof of purchase .

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and we will confirm whether a refund is due.

If approved, you will receive the corresponding amount to your original payment method within up to 10 business days .
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to process the refund.
