We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Changes
The fastest way to manage a change is by contacting us at contacto@barefitshoes.com .
Once you place your order for the new size or model, we will send you a free return label so you can send us the product that doesn't fit.
(This applies only to exchanges. For returns without exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.)
If the exchange is made outside the peninsula , the cost of transport for the product to be returned will be borne by the customer .
14-day reflection period of the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a reason. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and issue the refund.
